EXCHANGE & RETURN FORM

FAITHHAUS wants you to be happy with your purchase. We stand behind our products 100% and if you are not satisfied, we offer the following exchange/return policy:

You may exchange or return any product in its original condition (unworn/unwashed) within 21 days of the original purchase date and can replace any defective merchandise within 90 days of the original purchase date. Please note: refunds will be made in the same form of payment as the original purchase and for credit card refunds, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

 Exchange/Return Instructions:

  1. Complete the Exchange/Return Form and include it with your package. Failure to do so may delay processing.
  2. Package the merchandise to be exchanged/returned. When shipping merchandise, we recommend using a courier such as UPS or FedEx which provides a tracking number for your shipment. FAITHHAUS is not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise and does not reimburse shipping charges.
